Joseph Lunger is the founder and principal attorney of Lunger Law Firm, LLC, a client-focused personal injury law firm committed to advocating for individuals and families who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. With a deep passion for justice and a track record of hands-on experience in the field, Joseph fights tirelessly to secure the compensation his clients deserve in cases involving car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, medical malpractice, and other serious injuries.
Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, where he built a strong foundation in critical thinking and analytical skills. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University Delaware Law School, gaining practical legal training in a program known for preparing practice-ready attorneys. His career in personal injury law began with valuable internships at CURE Auto Insurance, where he gained insight into the insurance industry’s perspective on claims and coverage, and at Spevack Law Firm, honing his skills in civil litigation and client representation. Following law school, Joseph worked for a year as an Associate for a solo personal injury attorney in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, managing a diverse caseload of injury claims, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. These early experiences solidified his understanding of both sides of personal injury disputes and reinforced his dedication to representing injured victims against powerful insurance companies.
Driven by a desire to provide personalized, aggressive representation without the bureaucracy of larger firms, Joseph established Lunger Law Firm, LLC to serve clients in Pennsylvania.
